  • Annual membership runs from 1 January to 31 December each year.

Depending if and when you paid your membership. You are;
  1. Subscribed Member: Also called "Paid Members", these are Members who have paid their latest Annual Subscription.
  2. Ordinary Member: these are Members whose memberships have lapsed i.e. they have not paid their latest Annual Subscription.
  3. Non Member: This is everyone else.

I've stopped getting Samaj emails. Why?

  1. Check that Samaj emails aren't being save in your Junk or Spam email folder. If they are then consult your email provider or Internet Service Provider how to add the Samaj email address to your 'safe senders list' to avoid Samaj emails automatically from going into the junk folder.
  2. You might have accidentally unsubscribed yourself from the list or someone else that you forwarded a Samaj email to may have accidentally unsubscribed you. Click here to re-add yourself for Samaj emails.
  3. If this does not solve your problem, find any email you have received from Samaj. 
    1. Scroll to the bottom and click "unsubscribe from this list". 
    2. Once you have unsubscribed then resubscribe again for Samaj emails by clicking here.

Let Samaj know about deaths and funerals in the community - Shok Sabha (Besvanu)?
  1. Please check and confirm that the Hindu funeral has been completed first before holding a Besvanu.
  2. Contact Shree Swaminarayan Temple (Mandir) Perth with your request for a Besvanu if it is going to be held there. 
    1. Mandir will check for you to ensure there are no conflicting events and activities on the same day. 
      If this is OK for Mandir then they will advise Samaj directly by email. 
    2. Once Samaj receives email from Mandir then this will be forwarded to our Members at the earliest opportunity.
      If you have any questions or concerns about the progress of your request, it is advisable to contact Mandir in the first instance.
      Samaj will NOT make any announcement unless an official email has been received from Mandir.
  3. If the Besvanu is to be held at a private residence then please email Samaj directly with details of the Besvanu. 
    1. This will be forwarded to our Members at the earliest opportunity.
