Last year millions of people worldwide participated in the first ever UN-approved International Day of Yoga. This event was also celebrated at our Mandir where over 100 people participated.
In continuing the success we invite you, whatever your age to come and participate in the 2nd International Yoga Day session on Tuesday, 21st June 2016 between 7:45pm and 9:00pm at the Mandir.
Ladies and Gents please have light dinner, wear loose clothing suitable for Yoga inside the Mandir Hall, and bring a shawl or a Yoga mat if you have one.

Benefits of Yoga:
  • Yoga postures improves strength and flexibility in the mind as well as the body, aids relaxation, promotes sound sleep and also improves digestion and stimulates circulation.
  • Pranayam (breathing) gives vitality by increasing the supply of oxygen to the brain.
